As soon as you receive your package, remove the meat from the cooler and refrigerate.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. We take no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time shipping.
Every product for shipping, is individually frozen, boxed and packed with icepacks to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We cannot ship perishable items to P.O. Boxes.
